South Africa Courses will be run from a lecture room specifically built for EquiworkSA. A number of horses are situated on site for use during practical sessions that will take place in either the stables or round pen. The farm is ideally located on the main tar road (R103) between Rosetta and Nottingham road villages (about 5 kilometers out on Notties). Nottingham road village has banking and shopping facilities and a number of places to eat from a la Carte restaurants to quaint tea gardens.

Leave the N3 at the Nottingham Road Junction. You reach a T Junction, turn Right. Follow the road (R103) into Nottingham Road Village. You will pass Gowrie Estate on the Left and then the Junction on Left. Take the turn to the Right, under the Railway Bridge (opposite the Junction). Follow the road round to the Right, passing the Bow and Arrow Spar shop on the Left. Continue along this road (still the R103) towards Rosetta. You leave the village passing over the speed humps. You will pass a number of farms on the Left hand side of the road and the Railway Line will be on your right hand side. The Meadows Farm is on the Left (about a kilometer past the local school). From the N3 Travelling South
Leave the N3 at the Mooi River Toll Junction (this way you pay less toll fee than traveling further south to the Nottingham Road Junction). Turn Right at the T Junction so that you cross over the Freeway. The service station and Wimpy will be ahead of you. Turn Left at the T Junction traveling towards Rosetta on the R103. Follow the road through Rosetta Village. As you leave the Village you climb a hill where the Springvale Farm entrance is to your left, at the top of the hill there is a nursery on the Right. About 1 kilometer further the Meadows farm is on the Right. |
